I invite you to immerse yourself in multi-level Traditional Hatha Yoga classes. Through the practice of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and relaxation accompanied by live mantras, we’ll explore the deep connection between body and mind.

In addition to Hatha Yoga, I also teach Yin Yoga and guided mantra relaxation sessions, offering a gentle and restorative complement to the more dynamic practice.
