SACARED SOUND & YOGA

KIRTAN · BHAKTI YOGA
My partner Nico and I share Kirtan gatherings, the devotional chanting of mantras from the Bhakti Yoga tradition. These circles are guided by us, bringing together music, meditation, and the joy of collective practice.
After spending several years living in India, we share Kirtan as a living form of meditation, connection, and celebration.
Kirtan is an ancient practice in which Sanskrit mantras are sung collectively in a call-and-response format. No musical experience or singing ability is required: everyone is welcome to participate from the heart.
During these sessions we use instruments such as harmonium, guitar, bansuri, percussion, and voice, creating a meditative soundscape that invites presence, openness, and devotion.
Through chanting and sound, a collective energy naturally arises, bringing us into a deep state of meditation and connection.
Our Kirtans are an invitation to honor the roots of this tradition, share music together, and enter a meditative state through sound and mantra.
YOGA CLASSES WITH
LIVE MUSIC IMMERSION
We offer yoga classes with live musical immersion, an experience where the practice of yoga and sound meet in an organic and profound way.
During these sessions, I guide the yoga practice while my partner Nico, musician, accompanies the session with live music. Through instruments such as guitar, bansuri, and voice, a soundscape is created that supports the practice and invites a deeper sense of presence.
The music accompanies the asanas, the breath, and the relaxation, creating a meditative atmosphere and fostering a special connection with the energy of the group.
This offering is an invitation to experience yoga as a complete sensory journey, where body, breath, and sound come together in a space of awareness, sensitivity, and calm.
